Candidates must meet benchmark requirements in order to be considered for assignments.
We do an initial interview on the phone to confirm details of the job posting and set up a time to come in for the application process.
Candidates are required to fill out an application, do testing, WHMIS and review policies and procedures and make sure all sign-offs are completed. Applicants must have 2 business references.
Candidates sit down and do a face to face interview reviewing all aspects of the potential assignment and discuss their previous experience and how it relates. Reference checking is then completed.
Candidates are offered assignment once every part of the process has been completed. They are required to come to the office and have the assignment reviewed and sign off on it.
